I would recommend Pelvic Floor PT to all women postpartum

My PT has helped me resolve post-surgery scaring as well as find relief from chronic long-term conditions. I would recommend Pelvic Floor PT to all women postpartum, even if it’s been years since giving birth. She works with the pace of my body and is very patient. She is kind and helps me feel at ease with the process. I have experienced incredible healing at Restore PT…

My PT and the staff at Restore Physical Therapy are phenomenal

My PT and the staff at Restore Physical Therapy are phenomenal. I felt she truly listened to me about my experience and concerns, and made sure to tailor my physical therapy plan to
my very active lifestyle. I have since graduated physical therapy and am able to successfully manage my pain while remaining active.

Within just 3 or 4 weeks I was already seeing and experiencing a lot of progress!

I came to Restore for post-partum diastasis recti and pelvic floor help after the birth of my 5th baby. I was hesitant to do physical therapy but within just 3 or 4 weeks I was already seeing and experiencing a lot of progress! I would recommend PFPT (pelvic floor physical therapy) to ANYONE no matter how many babies they have had! Don’t wait until you need to repair those muscles. PT can help you maintain them.

My therapist and everyone at Restore PT have helped IMMENSELY

My therapist and everyone at Restore PT have helped IMMENSELY with my prolapses/pelvic floor issues. I went from confused, worried, and thinking my active life was over, to confident, knowledgeable, and ready to work out again. I wish I had come in my postpartum time or even while pregnant. I recommend pelvic floor physical therapy (and Restore in particular) to all my pregnant or mama friends now!

Nothing was short of amazing

I was referred by my midwife here for pelvic floor therapy. Nothing was short of amazing, they were very thorough with my insurance and made sure that was taken care of and my PT was an angel!!! She helped address my pelvic floor issues and sciatic pain associated with pregnancy. She listened to any concerns I had and answered my questions while being educational during every visit. I highly recommend them!!!!!

My only regret is not getting started earlier

My PT is kind and encouraging. My leakage issues have gone away. My core strength is improving every day. My only regret is not getting started earlier.

I highly recommend Restore Physical Therapy to anyone struggling with pelvic pain and interstitial cystitis.

I am so happy that my doctor referred me to Restore Physical Therapy. I have been coming for pelvic floor rehabilitation for a few months and feel that this physical therapy treatment has been one of the best things I have ever done in my entire life. I honestly feel that I was guided to Restore Physical Therapy. I struggled with severe endometriosis for many years and endured multiple treatments and surgeries including total hysterectomy at a very young age. I also developed interstitial cystitis and underwent a variety of treatments and procedures for this condition as well. Needless to say, pelvic pain, urinary urgency and frequency, and painful intercourse have been part of my life for a very long time.

Through my treatment at Restore Physical Therapy, I have been taught many things and been given many tools that I have been able to use to help retrain my bladder as well as relax my pelvic muscles, which were extremely tight when we started therapy. I am now generally able to go much longer without emptying my bladder. Additionally, the pain in my lower back that I have struggled with for many years, is so much better. I do still have occasional flares in my symptoms, and I do understand there is no cure for interstitial cystitis. My current symptoms are definitely not perfect and I know they never will be, but I feel like I have hope now as I continue to learn new things to help me as I deal with these chronic health challenges. I highly recommend Restore Physical Therapy to anyone struggling with pelvic pain and interstitial cystitis.

Restore Physical Therapy was very enjoyable and my PT was a very competent and friendly therapist.

A few months ago, I was having lots of trouble and pain trying to control my bladder. I was wearing Depends 24 hours a day and using 2-3 a night. During the day I used several due to urinary urges and leakages. My urologist referred me to Restore Physical Therapy for pelvic therapy. After 7 weeks of therapy and exercises I make only one bathroom trip at night and no leakages. I don’t wear Depends anymore and I am back to wearing my regular underwear. I am keeping up my exercise and my control has progressed greatly. Restore Physical Therapy was very enjoyable and my PT was a very competent and friendly therapist. I recommend Restore Physical Therapy and give them a 5 out of 5 star rating.

They are so amazing here, don’t hesitate to call and make an appointment!

Started going to see my PT when I was eight months pregnant. I could barely walk from pubic bone pain. She had me walking again within a few days and has helped me strengthen my pelvic floor to prepare for delivery and she’s also helping me postpartum. Pelvic floor therapy should be part of every woman’s prenatal and postpartum care. They even helped me clear a clogged milk duct with their heat therapy!

The office is very warm and welcoming. All the staff are very helpful and they have even held my newborn and watched my two younger boys while I got work done on my back. They are so amazing here, don’t hesitate to call and make an appointment! You will not be disappointed.
