We specialize in women’s pelvic floor dysfunction including pelvic pain, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis and other bladder conditions, functional bowel issues, and sexual dysfunction and pain.
Pregnancy and Post-Partum Rehabilitation
We help to correct muscle imbalances during pregnancy with stretching, strengthening, and endurance training. We will help restore your body following child birth injuries such as c-section and episiotomy scarring, diastasis recti, painful intercourse, and bowel and bladder complaints.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
We use manual physical therapy mixed with an excellent understanding of functional movement to return our patients to life without pain or injury. We like to evaluate the entire musculoskeletal system to ensure all pieces of the puzzle are identified.
