An orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health physical therapist. She has focused her care to outpatient therapy to help functionally return her patients to sports, work or general daily living. Sami also has a passion for women’s care and enjoys treating any complications that can arise secondary to being a woman!

She is extremely grateful to have been personally mentored by Sarah in the area of women’s health.

She is a 2010 graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training. She continued at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. Sami lives in Boise with her husband Cody, who is a pediatric physical therapist and Meridian native. She enjoys water-related activities and traveling home to the land of 10,000 lakes to visit her family.

Owner of Restore Physical Therapy and a physical therapist. She feels truly blessed to be doing what she loves. Her desire is to see her patients reach their goals whether decreased pain, increased function, or return to activities while receiving the highest level of care.

She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, Illinois with an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Governors State University just south of Chicago, Illinois. Sarah began her physical therapy career in Naperville, Illinois at ATI Physical Therapy working with sports and work injuries. She then moved to Eagle, Idaho in 2003, where she worked at Eagle Physical Therapy for 13 years treating all forms of injuries including TMJ, cervical, headaches, and sports injuries.

Furthering education has taken her into specializations of pelvic floor therapy for incontinence, pelvic pain, women’s health issues, and cranial sacral therapy. She lives in Eagle, Idaho with her family and loves being in the mountains, camping, hiking, and boating.
